The unit consists of 2 houses rented as one unit.

First House – 270m2

Ground floor:

Living / dining room with one sofa bed (140x160cm) for two people and 4 armchairs, fireplace and satellite TV. Table and chairs in the dining room.

Open kitchen with 4 hotplates, dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator, electric coffee machine. Separate toilet.

One room with double bed (150x200cm), TV, bathroom with shower and toilet.

Second floor:

One room with double bed (160×200 cm), TV, bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning, baby cot, sitting furniture.

One room with two beds (90x200cm), TV, air conditioning, separate bathroom with shower and toilet

One room with double bed (180x200cm), TV, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and toilet

Outside: Outside there are two covered terraces. One terrace of 40m2 with seating and the other of 6m2

Additional: safe deposit, iron, cot

Second House – 120m2

The ground floor has a living room with sofa bed (140x160cm), two armchairs, fireplace, TV

Second floor:

One bedroom with double bed (180x200cm), bathroom with tub and toilet, air conditioning.

In the basement shower with toilet, washing machine, storage room and pillows for the pool.

Outside: Covered terrace 30m2 with fireplace, barbecue, billiards, outdoor furniture.

House Rules

  • Check-in after 16:00 - contact us prior!
  • Check-out by 10:00 am
  • The owner does not accept any youth groups
  • Upon arrival, guests are required to pay a security deposit of EUR 500. This amount is fully refundable upon check-out provided no damage is done to the property.
  • Heating available with 10EUR addition

Hamlet Puhari, close to Ičići

Villa Natura is located above Ičići, in the hamlet Puhari 9 km from the centre of Lovran, 8 km from the centre of Ičići, 9 km from the centre of Opatija, 8 km from the sea.

The Villa is a private placve to relax. The property has a yard size 4200 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (24 m2, depth 120 cm, 10 deck chairs), as well as a sheltered terrace, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, fireplace, barbecue, billiards, trampoline.

Parking for 4 cars on the premises.

The nearest shop is 4 km away, and the nearest supermarket is 8 km. The nearest beach is in Ičići, 8 km away.
